Management in Iran

This is a text based on data gathered during an interview research conducted in Teheran, Iran, in October 2004 (90 pages).

The purpose of the investigation was to clarify for Scandinavian enterprises the implications of having business activities in Iran in terms of management and contacts with the local authorities. This text will do that by familiarizing the reader with Iranian business culture and relevant societal conditions.
